Hi, thanks for visiting my page.
On April 21st 2013 I will running the Virgin London Marathon for the Welsh Rugby Charitable trust.
We all recently enjoyed sharing in Wales six nations championship celebrations, unfortunately due to the very nature of the game we love some players suffer life changing injuries.
The charity assists players and their families with adjusting to life after they have sustained an injury.
I ran last years Virgin London Marathon for the same charity and would like to further support the excellent work they carry out.
Every little helps with no donation being too small. Please support this worthy cause.
