Charity

Bloodwise formerly known as Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research
We are the UKs biggest blood cancer charity. We are here to beat blood cancer. We stop people dying from blood cancer, we make patients lives better and we stop people getting blood cancer in the first place. We research. We help. We campaign. We share learning. We raise money. We have changed the world for people with leukaemia, lymphoma, myeloma and other blood disorders, but we won’t stop until every single person with blood cancer survives and can live their life to the full.

One Day Ahead of the Tour de France 2012

One Day Ahead is a unique challenge aiming to get a group of amateur cyclists the entire 3,479 km round the Tour De France One Day Ahead of the Peloton

Not only is the Tour the most gruelling endurance race on the planet doing it so close to the actual Tour means that the logisitcs, the planning and everything that goes along with the challenge is made much much harder.

We are very proud to be supporting Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research UK and our target is to raise £50,000 for something we all feel very passionate about.  Over the coming months we will be bombarding you with events we are holding, charity cycle rides and general donation requests.

Our team of cyclists consists of Jamie Anderson, Christopher Ansell, Chris Oscier, Charlie Baker, Adnan Saithna, Mick Bell, Charles Anderson, Gabriella Wood, Sadie Anderson and Jeavon Trend. For profiles of our cyclists and up to date event information please click the One Day Ahead link
