Love Nature? Then fundraise for it! What do house sparrows, seahorses, tigers and basking sharks have in common? The RSPB is speaking up for all of them because nature is in serious trouble. We depend on it and it depends on us here in the UK and all around the world. Your action through fundraising will help us to save it. Together with our members (we have over 1 million of them) we form a pioneering, innovative and passionate charity. We speak out for birds, other wildlife and wild places that need our help, and act on the ground to save it and protect it. Give nature a home and fundraise for nature with the RSPB today.
National Trust
We're a charity that looks after special places throughout England, Wales and Northern Ireland for ever, for everyone. We look after coastline, forests, woods, fens, beaches, farmland, moorland, islands, archaeological remains, nature reserves, villages, historic houses, gardens, mills and pubs. We restore them, protect them and open them up to everyone. For the Trust, conservation has always gone hand-in-hand with public access.
Renewable World
1.3 billion people worldwide have no access to energy. Indoor air pollution from fuel used for lighting and heating is a major killer. Renewable World tackles poverty in developing countries through affordable renewable energy, improving livelihoods, health and education for remote communities.

My page:

Hi, my name is Peter, thanks for visiting my page. Through Virgin Money Giving, you can sponsor me and donations will be quickly processed and passed to charities. Virgin Money Giving is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid on a charity's behalf where the donor is eligible for this. I really appreciate all your support and thankyou for any donations.

On the 30th of April I Began to trek the entire coastline of the UK mainland which is approximately 7000 miles and will take about 2 years to complete.

Money raised will contribute to Renewable World, National Trust and RSPB, three charities that are working in a varied array of environmental fields including the conservation of wildlife and its habitats, preserving historical buildings and land, educating people of all ages and giving communities less fortunate than our own the chance to build sustainable economies using renewable energy.

I am funding this event myself and will be sleeping outdoors, rain or shine,  winter and summer in a tent, bus stop, cave or whatever best presents itself at the time for the duration of this event. Once again i thankyou for your support and Donations.

You can follow the progress of the Challenge on the Facebook page "The Pale Blue Dot"  ...
