China Trek

05 September 2013

Visit this beautiful and unspoilt country and trek along the part of the Great Wall - one of the Wonders of the World! China is steeped in tradition, history and mythology and this trek is perfect for those with a passion for culture and a sense of adventure. This trek starts and ends in Beijing, and will even offer the chance to take part in a giant 400ft zip slide!

Hi everyone,

During the 5th - 14th September 2013 I'll be trekking the Great Wall of China in aid of the MS Trust.

My Mum was diagnosed with MS (Multiple Sclerosis) in 1988 and has suffered from the neurological condition for 24 years now. I'm doing the trek for her really - I've always wanted to do something amazing for charity and the MS Trust is a charity that lyes close to our hearts and means a huge deal to all of us, so this is my chance!

It's going to be fairly tough but I'm excited about taking part and raising enough funds to really make a difference. I appreciate any donations you can give, large or small, it's going to a good cause.
