the Joe Glover Trust is a children's cancer charity providing practical financial assistance to children with cancer and their families at a time of great emotional and financial hardship. The Trust also undertakes special projects designed to enhance the hospital environment for children during their in patient stays, e.g. we have provided a complete technology suite comprising laptop, X Box, webcam, etc., for every bed on the children's cancer ward at Southampton General Hospital. Our dedicated patrons include Catherine Tate and James Martin amongst others.
IdeasTap is a creative network and funder of emerging arts talent. We are a not-for-profit initiative, bringing creative people together and offering cash funding, opportunities and a platform to showcase your work.

RAAM Roses
Hi! Welcome to the RAAM Roses Fundraising page!
We did it!!!! And we loved the experience more importantly. 6 days, 10 hours and 8 minutes was our finishing time. There were laughs, tears and great comraderie. Thank you to ALL of you for supporting us while we were out there and also thanks to all the very kind and generous donations. Our charities will be so pleased.
RAAM (Race Across America) is what it says on the tin, a non-stop cycle race across the United States starting in California and finishing in Maryland. This is considered one of the toughest challenges on the planet.
This page is shared by our entire team, so we can all see our total team progress. We are 4 cyclists - Ollie Rastall, Alex Woods, Anna Burrows and Tim Kingswell and 13 support/documentary crew - Simon Daunter, Anthea Barteau, Clare Garner, Jo Kingswell, Emily Kingswell, Kirsty Kingswell, Doug Kingswell, George Rammelkamp, Mike Piper, Dominic Barteau, Cath Brazier, Grace and Leo DeHaan. We are aiming to set the record for our category by finishing in 6 days 3 hours.
The race starts on 18th of June! We are all training hard to make this a success!
