Sport Relief
Sport Relief is the weekend, every two years, when the British public can get active, have fun and raise cash to help people living incredibly tough lives both in the UK and around the world. Our fabulous fundraisers get sponsored for Sport Relief, and go the extra mile by organising sports tournaments, quizzes and challenges to raise even more cash. It all leads up to the Sport Relief weekend and a fantastic night of TV on the BBC. Sport Relief is an initiative of Comic Relief, registered charity 326568 (England/Wales); SC039730 (Scotland)

Hi, thanks for visiting my page. Through Virgin Money Giving, you can sponsor me and donations will be quickly processed and passed to charities. Virgin Money Giving is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid on a charity's behalf where the donor is eligible for this. I really appreciate all your support and thank you for any donations.

Since I work with in the refurbished laptops repair and sales field I tend to be very unhealthy. I can easily sit in front of my laptop for up to 10 hours a day. Inevitably I end up eating junk and the result is over the past 24 months I have put on 20KG. To end this computer aided weight gain, I have decided that I will lose 20KG though extensive computer related exercises. This will consist of bench pressing my computer monitor every hour on the hour 3 days a week. On the days that I am not bench pressing my computer monitor I will dead lift my Dell Precision Laptop (it weighs a tonne). Now I am no exercise expert, but I am pretty sure that to aid the weight loss i will have to do some kind of cardio exercise. I have decided that the best laptop related cardio exercise for this will be speed typing. I will do 5 sets of 1 minute of speed typing 7 days a week. What I type does not matter, I will just hit the keys as fast as possible using ALL my fingers. To make sure I’m out of breath, I will hold my breath while doing this.
