Cardiac Risk In The Young
Every week in the UK at least 12 apparently fit and healthy young people die of undiagnosed cardiac conditions. Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) aims to reduce the frequency of young sudden cardiac death (YSCD) by working with cardiologists and family doctors to establish good practice and appropriate screening facilities to promote and protect the cardiac health of our young. By supporting CRY you will help save young lives from these potentially fatal cardiac conditions. For more information please contact CRY on 01737 363 222 or cry@c-r-y.org.uk

3 Peaks Challenge in Memory of Sarah Simpson

Fundraisers:
William Simpson

My page: http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/team/WillJamesDave

On 25-26th June, cousins Will Simpson, James Simpson, and Dave Watt will embark on the 3 Peaks Challenge - Climbing the highest mountains in Scotland, England, and Wales - Ben Nevis, Scaffel Pike, and Snowdon..... inside 24 hours...or maybe 48!!

The aim is to raise as much money as possible for Cardiac Risk in the Young (C-R-Y) - a charity our family have been involved with since 2007 following the death of Will's sister Sarah Simpson from an undiagnosed heart condition.

The family have raised £7,000 in Sarah's memory to date, and once we raise £10,000 we will be able to hold a heart screening session for young adults in Sarah's old school.

Please give generously for what is a big challenge to a very worthwhile cause.
