MHFS 10k for Men 2011

This will see the MHFS 10k for Men (Men's 10k) reach it's 6th year in Glasgow and with every year, the event becomes bigger and better! It's held each year on Father's Day and it's aim is to raise awareness of men's health issues in Scotland and to encourage men to take part in healthy physical activity all year round.

Hi, thanks for visiting my page.

As the Chairman of newly formed charity Cahonas Scotland (and also in my role of lazy couch potato) its time for me to get back out running and what better way than in aid of Cahonas Scotland to help raise awareness of Male Cancers in Scotland.  

The next few months is going to have some exciting times for the charity so its time for me to do my bit to help contribute to this.

As well as the MHFS 10k I am also going to run in the following

- Great Glasgow Run
