Connecting Conservation and Communities Save the Rhino International works to conserve viable populations of critically endangered rhinos in Africa and Asia. We recognise that the future of wildlife is inextricably linked to the communities that share its habitat. By funding field projects and through education, our goal is to deliver material, long-lasting and widespread benefits to rhinos and other endangered species, ecosystems and to the people living in these areas.

56 Mile Comrades Ultra Marathon!!
WHY SPONSOR ROBERT?
- Because I'm running 56 miles across South Africa. (11 miles in the dreaded Rhino suit)
- Because only 1.5% of all charitable donations go towards the conservation of our planet.
- Because I'm training hundreds of miles, many of them whilst carrying a 2 stone rucksack to replicate the weight of the rhino suit.
I know charities are always asking for your cash, but conservation charities really struggle to raise money.
So can I challenge you to think how much you would sponsor a friend running the marathon for a mainstream charity and then double it - I am running over twice the distance and for a cause that right now really needs our help.
