On the 27th of May 2012, we are running the London Bupa 10K together to support the UK mental health charity Mind.
Mind's mission

For 20 years Mind has been fighting to change the way people with mental health problems are treated.
Why support Mind?
1 in 4 British adults experience at least one diagnosable mental health problem in any one year.
Mental health affects an estimated 450 million people worldwide, yet despite this figure many still feel ashamed to seek diagnosis and support.
The UK has one of the highest rates of self-harm in Europe.
Suicide remains the most common cause of death in men under the age of 35.
More than 70% of the prison population has two or more mental health disorders – imagine all the crime and pain that could have been prevented by providing mental health support in time.
Staff absence and lost productivity due to poor mental health management have as overall annual cost to UK employers of nearly £26 billion.
