CALM
Suicide is currently the single biggest killer of men aged 15-34 in the UK. The campaign against living miserably offers all callers information, advice and support via our helpline - currently running every day of the week - and a website www.thecalmzone.net. We are here for all men in the UK, but we target men under the age of 35. We need your help so that we can provide help to men when they're down or hit a wall. And to challenge public perceptions about what being a man is. Because being silent isn't being strong.

Online we will be raising funds for the charity CALM. Please visit their website www.thecalmzone.net to find out more about them.

Later this year we also have a game between a Sefton XI and an Invitational XI on Sunday 23rd June. More details to follow include a whole host of ways to get involved.
