Claire House is a 10 bedded hospice located in Bebington on the Wirral. It is a bright, vibrant place of hope for children and young people with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions from across Merseyside, Cheshire, North Wales and the Isle of Man. In addition to caring for our children and young adults we also focus on the needs of the whole family, providing bereavement, and other support, for as long as it is needed. With no guaranteed government funding we need to raise in excess of £2.5 million each year to maintain our present levels of service. Our specialist nursing team also work in the community through our ‘Hospice to Home’ programme which offers paediatric palliative care in the family home.
Enabling children and young people who are living with disability to achieve their potential, increase independence and improve quality of life through the provision of specialised equipment.

Welcome to the Team Sykes charity page!
As you know, we’re trying to raise money for two amazing charities by completing the UK National 3 Peaks (Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon) in just 24 hours. 10 of us are in the team and we are busy training for the challenge. But we need your help.
This should involve 13 hours of mountain walking and 11 hours of driving (if all goes to plan)!
