At Tearfund, we believe the local church is central to overcoming poverty and transforming lives. We’re part of it, along with others around the world and with each and every one of our amazing supporters. Together, we make up the global church. We have a vision to see 50 million people released from material and spiritual poverty through a worldwide network of 100,000 local churches.

We did it! On Sunday 13 May, Lynne, Jo, Fiona, Kathryn and Tara all completed the Women's 10k for Tearfund (Kathryn missed the photo opportunity at the end but has her medal to prove she finished!)
Thank you so much to everyone who sponsored us, cheered us on round the course and welcomed us home with tray bakes! The weather was miserable, but spirits were high!
All the money raised will go towards Tearfund's amazing work across the world. We really appreciate your support - thank you from all of us here in the office!
