Every hour, someone in the UK is told they have Parkinson's. Because we're here, no one has to face Parkinson's alone. We bring people with Parkinson's, their carers and families together via our network of local groups, our website and free confidential helpline. Specialist nurses, our supporters and staff provide information on every aspect of Parkinson's. As the UK's Parkinson's support and research charity we're leading the work to find a cure, and we're closer than ever. We also campaign to change attitudes and demand better services. Our work is totally dependant on donations. Help us to find a cure and improve life for everyone affected by Parkinson's.

Greetings Dear Friends
With our 500k cycle through Vietnam to Cambodia approaching quickly, We (Tony, Jenny and Will) are working hard to raise the remaining funds for Parkinson’s UK to make this trip happen so we can help Parkinson's UK find a cure, as their work is totally dependent on donations. Some of our family members and friends families have been directly affected by this illness, so it’s in our hearts to help this great charity and help improve the lives of everyone affected by Parkinson’s. We have already raised £6,000 which means we are half way to reaching our target of £12,000. On Thursday 20 September we are throwing a fund raising Pub Quiz with some great prizes so please come and support us, invite your friends, partners and colleagues too. All you have to do is text the charities code along with your donation amount to 70070.

- The maximum amount per donation is £10.[/i]
- Donations can only be in the amount of £1, £2, £3, £4, £5, and £10.[/i]
- An individual can give a maximum of £30 per day (e.g. three text donations of £10 each).[/i]
