The J's Hospice
The J's Hospice is delivering the pioneering J's at home service throughout Essex, offering care and support, practical nursing care and specialist advice to all 16 to 40 year old young adults with life-limiting illness in their own home. The J’s Hospice aims to build the first age-appropriate, environmentally friendly hospice for young adults with life limiting conditions in the East of England. Our services will be provided without charge to the patient, family and carers including end of life care and bereavement support.
