The Shakespeare Hospice - The Shakespeare Hospice, which is based in Stratford-upon-Avon, provides compassionate and professional care for members of our community whose lives are touched by serious illness. We offer comfort, information and choice to our patients and those who care for them, helping them through some of the most challenging times of their life. The Shakespeare Hospice does not charge for its services and is almost entirely voluntary funded, receiving less than 5% of its running costs from the NHS. Any support The Hospice receives from the public is therefore greatly appreciated and we are very grateful for the support we receive from anyone who kindly choose to raise money to fund our work.

Hi, thanks for visiting our fund raising page. Through Virgin Money Giving, you can make donations to The Shakespeare Hospice.

In connection with Touch FM and The Stratford Herald we are aiming to raise £1,000.00 for the Shakespeare Hospice to do this we are holding a Street Fayre on Saturday 5th June 2010 in Church Street, Wellesbourne in Warwickshire. 

There will be over 20 local Charity and Craft Stalls including Wellesoburne in Bloom, Bric a Brac, Chedhams Yard and Wellesbourne WI to name a few along with many more.  There will be an attendance by the Community Police with their mobile police unit and Wellesbourne's finest boys in blue the guy and of course the Fire Engine from the local Station.  There will also be a Punch and Judy Show, Bouncy Castle, Face Painting and Fairground rides to entertain the children.

Why not get yourself some raffle tickets for the big Raffle with over 30 prizes to be won ranging from gift vouchers, case of wine and a meal for 2.

Virgin Money Giving is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid on a charity's behalf where the donor is eligible for this. I really appreciate all your support and thank you for any donations.
