Healing the Wounds is a Welsh Armed Forces charity, registration number 1134594, raising funds to provide treatment for PTSD and a much needed facility within Wales for our Armed Forces Personnel, Veterans and their families.

Hi, thanks for visiting our page!
In order to complete the Welsh 3000s Challenge we are required to have been at the top of all 15 peaks over 3000ft in Wales within the space of 24 hours, without using any form of transport.
Throughout the 24 hours we will be ascending and descending approximately 8,000 meters and walking 30 miles with a large part of this taking place in darkness and over rough terrain!
We are raising money for Healing the Wounds, the armed forces charity that supports post-traumatic stress disorder for our armed forces, veterans and emergency services in Wales. Help us to make a difference to our brave heroes by sponsoring our challenge! We want ot ensure that Healing the Wounds can continue their vital work and give our hereos their lives back...they give so much for us, now let's give something back to them.
