Here’s a quick overview of how Virgin Money Giving works:

My boss is doing a skydive for charity next month and asked everyone to checkout his sponsorship page on virginmoneygiving.com. When I got home that night I went online to find out more.Turns out he's raising money for a chaildrens charity who helped out when his son was diagnosed with leukemia. I decided that I'd give him £10 which was really quick and easy to do.Because I'm a taxpayer they were able to reclaim the gift aid on my behalf taking my donation to £12.15. The skydive was a big success and he raised over £1,000.The charity was really please he'd collected money with Virgin Money Giving because its not-for-profit and only charges the minimum amount to process donations. I'm thinking of starting a Virgin Money Giving page myself - I just need to decide what to do...
