If you make a monthly donation to a charity with Virgin Money Giving, here’s what to do if you wish to cancel it.

Sign into your Virgin Money Giving account and choose ‘regular donations’. You’ll see a list of the donations you’ve got set up – please pick the one you’d like to cancel and click ‘update my payment’. Tick the ‘cancel this regular donation’ box, then click ‘save changes’. We’ll cancel your payment straight away and remove the details of the donation from your Virgin Money Giving account.
