If you make a monthly donation to a charity with Virgin Money Giving, here’s how you can change your donation options.

Please read our other help guides if you’d like to cancel a donation, set up a new monthly donation or change your card details.

Please note, if you're using Virgin Money Giving on your mobile you'll need to switch to 'full site' view by selecting the option at the bottom of the page before getting started.

Sign into your Virgin Money Giving account and choose ‘regular donations’. You’ll see a list of the donations you’ve got set up – please pick the one you’d like to change and click ‘update my payment’. Make your changes to the donation amount or date of the donation, then click ‘save changes’. Your next donation will be taken from your account according to the changes you’ve made.
