When you make a charity donation through Virgin Money Giving, we take the payment from your credit or debit card and then pass the money straight to your chosen charity.

So if you’d like to ask for a donation to be refunded, you’ll need to speak to your charity. You can find contact details for each charity on their Virgin Money Giving page.
