Updating your card details

If you’d like to update the card details you’ve given us, it’s easy to do.

Please note, if you're using Virgin Money Giving on your mobile you'll need to switch to 'full site' view by selecting the option at the bottom of the page before getting started.

Step 1
Sign in to your account.
Step 2
Select 'Regular donations' from the left-hand menu. This shows any regular payments you already have set up. Then select the 'Click here' option. This shows your current card details.
Step 3
Click 'Change my card details' and enter your new details.

To check we have the correct card information, we’ll need to take a payment straightaway. This represents your next regular payment – the payment after that will be collected next month. Please remember to check the box which says 'I'm happy for you to take a payment today' otherwise we won’t be able to update your details.
Step 4
Once you've entered your new card details, just click 'Save my new card details'. If everything's okay, we’ll take a payment and confirm that it's gone through. We’ll also send you an email to confirm your card details have changed.
Step 5
These card details will now be used for future donations. If you’re making more than one regular payment, the new details will apply to all of them.

Remember to sign out of your account when you've finished.
