Updating your details

Here’s how you can update your Virgin Money Giving account if your details change, for example if you move house or get a new phone number.

If you’d like to change the details of a credit or debit card you’ve got registered with us, please read our guide to updating your card details.

Step 1
Sign into your Virgin Money Giving account and choose ‘change details’.
Step 2
Type your changes into the boxes, and when you’re happy click ‘save changes’.
Step 3
Your details will now be updated. Please note if you change your email address you’ll need to use the new email address next time you sign into Virgin Money Giving.
