You can change your password whenever you like. If you’ve forgotten your password, we can send you a temporary one to sign in with.

Sign into your Virgin Money Giving account and go to ‘change details’, then ‘change my password’. As a security check, you’ll need to type in two characters from your current password. You can now enter a new password – it needs to be at least 8 characters long and must include at least one number or special character.
