Spread the word where you live and work

To help you spread the word about your fundraising we’ve created some posters, flyers and cards for you to use. You can choose from one of the two designs opposite and personalise them with your own message. Then, just print them off and you’re ready to go.

Step 1
Select your design and decide on the format(s) you’d like to use (you can even mix and match).
With your help poster
With your help flyer
With your help cards
Be my hero? Poster
Be my hero? flyer
Be my hero? cards

Step 2
Type your details into the fields so that people know what you’re doing and why. Be careful not to write too much – the idea is to encourage people to visit your fundraising page to find out more.
Step 3
For posters and flyers, use A4 paper – we recommend a thickness of 80gsm paper (minimum), recycled if possible. For the cards, use up to 160gsm white card so they don’t crumple or bend.
Step 4
Print off as many as you need (unfortunately you won’t be able to save what you’ve done). If you’re using the flyers and cards, you’ll need to cut them down to size.
Step 5
Time to get noticed! Put your posters up around your workplace, in your local shop window or on your community notice board; post your flyers through your neighbours’ doors and hand them out to your friends and family; leave your cards on your colleagues’ desks. The more places they’re seen, the more money you’re likely to raise.
