From your Virgin Money Giving account, you can see who’s sponsored you, how much they’ve donated and their good luck message. And if you email your contacts through Virgin Money Giving, you can also see who hasn’t sponsored you yet and send reminders.
Sign into your Virgin Money Giving account and click ‘See my donors’ on the left. If you have more than one fundraising page, simply choose the one you’re interested in from the list.
You’ll see a list of all the people who’ve sponsored you so far, their donation, message and email address if they’ve chosen to share it.
If you’ve emailed your contacts through Virgin Money Giving
If you’ve used our email tool to ask your friends, family and colleagues to sponsor you, all these people will be included on the list. By using the ‘Filter by’ bar at the top of the page, you can see who has sponsored you and who hasn’t yet.
From this page it’s really easy to send group emails – for example, to thank everyone who’s donated, or to send a reminder to those who haven’t.
Simply tick the box in the ‘Select’ column next to all the people you’d like to email, then click ‘Send email’ at the bottom of the page. On the next page you’ll be able to draft your message, and there’s also a link to our email writing help guide.
