Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
Entry to the 2013 Virgin London Marathon Virgin Money Giving Fundraiser Survey prize draw (“Competition”) is open to all 2013 Virgin London Marathon runners who used Virgin Money Giving to fundraise for the 2013 Virgin London Marathon.
Entry Period
The entry period for the Competition will open at 9.00am GMT on 13 May 2013, and will close at 10.00pm GMT on 24 May 2013.
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, terminate, suspend or extend the Competition at any time without prior notice.
To Enter
a) Entrants can enter the Competition by completing and submitting the 2013 Virgin London Marathon Virgin Money Giving Fundraiser Survey within the Entry Period.
b) Only one entry per person is permitted. Third party entries will not be accepted.
c) All valid entries will be entered into a prize draw, and three winning entries will be drawn independently and at random from all valid entries received.
d) The prize draw will take place by 21 June 2013.
e) The winner will be notified by email by 30 June 2013.
The Prize
a) Three winners will each receive one place in the 2014 Virgin Money London Marathon (“The Event”).
b) Transport and accommodation for The Event is not included in the prize.
c) The prize may be subject to further terms and conditions.
d) The winners may nominate another person to use their prize, subject to prior approval by the Promoter. This is on the condition that the prize is given to the nominee free of charge; winners must not sell / receive any remuneration in allowing someone else to use the prize.
e) Any other runner nominated by the winners must be over the age of 18 years of age on the date of the 2014 Virgin Money London Marathon 13 April 2014.
f) No cash alternative will be offered.
g) The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with alternatives should circumstances make this necessary.
Acceptance by Entrants
a) By entering the Competition entrants accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them and any subsequent decisions by the Promoter under these Terms and Conditions.
b) The winner agrees to allow the Promoter to confirm their name, age and county of residence to other entrants.
c) The winner’s name will be available upon request by sending a stamped addressed envelope to:

NR4 6FSd) Winners may be asked, but are under no obligation, to participate in non-paid publicity accompanying or resulting from this Competition.
Force Majeure
Events may occur which render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and, accordingly, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion vary or amend the Competition and entrants agree that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
Jurisdiction
Entrants agree that the Competition is governed, interpreted and enforced by the laws of England and Wales and by entering, all entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
Personal Information
The entrants agree that the personal information provided will be used by the Promoter for marketing and data analysis purposes. The Promoter will not disclose entrants’ personal information to any third party. Personal information provided by entrants will also be used to administer the Competition.
