My fundraising page is due to close at the end of August but I'm still chasing some of the sponsorship money and would like to extend the date til the end of October at the earliest so I've got time to get all the cash in.
I've tried altering the 'fundrasing page end date' on the page settings and saved the new information but each time I come back to the page it still shows that it's due to end in August.
Is there a bug?
Thanks,
Mike

Hi Mike
Thanks for getting in touch, I've had a look at your fundraising page and am having the same issue. I've asked our IT team to investigate for you.
We'll set your 'fundraising page end date' to be the end of October for you.

Hi there, I have the same issue with a page that has become inactive. I'd like to re-activate it so that people can still donate. It appears as 'active' but when I try to go to the link, I get an error message. Any tips? Thanks!

Hi Katy
I've asked out IT team to re-open your page with an end date of October. If you'd like us to leave it open for longer, please drop theteam@virginmoneygiving.com a line and we can extend it further.
We're going to make some changes in our next release that will enable fundraisers to re-open closed pages.
Thanks
James
Hi James & Antony I've got the same problem, the page has expired and deleted. Is there a chance of reinstating it for me please? We'd like it open until the end of October if possible.
Many Thanks
