Hello,

I have donors who are primarily in the US and Canada and I attempted to do a test donation with a US credit card and it failed to process.

I don't want to start broadcasting to friends and family in US/Canada to donate before I am certain this can work. Is there a trick to this?

We process lots of donations successfully from all around the world.

To ensure the payment goes through manually enter the address on the card details screen, ensure it matches the statement address of the card.
