I'm working on mapping your report downloads to our database, and can't see a country field in the address options for either donor or fundraiser in the reports. Is this an oversight, as I can see when you go to make a donation it asks for country? Apologies in advance if I'm missing something, but I can't see the field listed on the Reporting Data Glossary either.

This field will be relevant as overseas friends & rels are likely to sponsor eventers, and ensuring the correct country is stored will avoid charities storing non-UK addresses as UK ones.

Hi Dawn

We do capture the country information for Donor’s and Fundraisers who use the site, however this field isn’t currently available via reporting.

I’ve raised this with the IT team to look to include this in a release of the Reporting System in the near future.

Many thanks for the reply.

As the data is being captured, please could this be looked at as a priority for inclusion into the relevant reports? The lack of the field means that data will either be pulled into charity systems with the wrong country for overseas people (eg assuming UK if no alternative stated), or will need manually reviewing prior to import - both situations which will cost charities time and money.

This could be a quick win fix!
