I've just been working on the donation report and it appears that the front end website matching to back end database is not correct when matching 'Donor Title', 'Donor Forename' and 'Donor Surname'. The 'Donor Title' field comes through blank, the 'Donor Forename' field holds the title, and the 'Donor Surname' field is holding the full name, eg Anne Jones.

Please can this be looked at and rectified, as it is important to get donor addressing correctly captured so that the charity can contact the individual with the correct addressee/salutation combination.

Thanks for your message,

The data you have seen on this report most likely relates to un-registered donors.

For un-registered donors we populate the title, firstname, and surname field from the information they enter as their ‘cardholders name’ when making their donation. It looks like for a couple of instances this isn’t being separated out correctly on your report.

I’ve passed the details onto our IT team to look into this for you.
