Hi Raj

Thanks for your question. The image in the top left hand corner can only be as wide as the first column of the page. When you upload the image we re-size it to fit this space.

You could however add the image to the description area of your fundriasing page. There's a button on the toolbar above the area where you enter/update the description that will insert a picture.

Currently you can only add pictures that are on the internet somewhere already, like from a photo gallery such as picasa or flickr.

If you need any help with this just let us know.

Hi.

Could you tell me how you upload a photo onto your page?

Thanks,

Hi Alan

There are several ways you can add photo's to your fundraising page. You can add a photo gallery, or images into the 'about you' area where you write your story.

To add photo's to the gallery, there's a help guide which shows how you can do this.

These are the steps for adding a picture to the 'about you' section of your page:

Before you start the picture needs to be on the internet already, such as inside a picasa/flickr gallery, or part of your own website.

To add a picture click the insert picture icon in the tool bar.

Then in the box that pops up you need to enter (or copy paste) the URL (internet address) of the picture.

The easiest way to get this address is to right click on the picture you want to add and from the menu and choose ‘properties’, you can then copy the URL of the picture by selecting it, and then paste it into the Image URL

Once you’ve entered the image URL click in the Image description field, your’ll see a preview of your image in the box.

When you are happy with it, and you’ve added an image description and title if application click Insert and your picture will be added.

You can adjust the size of the image on the appearance tab if you need to, you can also choose how it appears within your text, add space around the picture, a border, or add CSS styles to the image too.
