I need to export the payment reports to Excel to analyse. The format of the flexible reports when exported to Excel is very messy - data does not line up correctly and has to be realigned -very time-consuming if and when we have many donations There are also irritating symbols in front of all the currency fields and the column layout is very peculiar making it difficult to adjust column widths to accommodate headings. Is anyone else experiencing these problems?

Hi Janet

It is possible to extract the flexible reports into Excel. The standard reports are best viewed as PDF's as they are formatted for print layout.

One of our support team will get in touch to help you with your report.

Hi Janet

I have exactly the same problem with the layout of flexible reports when exported to Excel.

Did you get it fixed ?

Does anyone else have trouble running Flexible Reports ? My system keeps crashing

Hi Cheryl,

Thanks for you posts.

Our helpdesk team are looking into this and will be getting in touch today.

Are you able to confirm which version of Excel you are using? - as this may help them investigate.

I too am having the same problem exporting to excel, can someone contact me. The merged fields and the number alignment does not line up. It is as said already frustrating and time consuming. I am using MS Excel 2003
