I have set up my page and want to edit it but it seems that I am sent in a never ending loop of logging in and giving my password and never get to the point where i'm allowed back to edit my page! So annoying! This is not the first problem I've had with the site... uploading photos was a complete ball ache!

I am trying this website out for two reasons... to raise money, but also get the user experience for myself to feedback to the charity i work for whether its worth being a member of Virgin money giving or if its just not user friendly enough...at the moment my feedback isn't positive as my experience hasn't been that great. Please sort it out Virgin Money Giving otherwise you will lose out on us directing our supporters and fundraisers to your site.

Our IT team have been looking into the issues you've been encountering. We made some changes to the site on the 6 December that have addressed some of the issues you've encountered.
