Hi,
I am having a lot of trouble setting up my fund-raising page for Oxfam Trailtrekker next summer. I got timed our half way through the process and now I cannot get the URL I want for my team page, the message comes up that it is taken, even though it was available on the first go at setting up a few minutes earlier. I am sure it won't have been taken by anyone else as it is our team name and not very obvious, so how can I get it back? I am finding the whole process very frustrating.
