Is it possible to sign up runners who are not currently signed up for a charity? It is very expensive for a small charity to pay for 'official' places?

Hi Graham

Thanks for your post.

All runners will need to pick the charity they’d like to fundraise for before creating their fundraising pages on Virgin Money Giving.

Official places are allocated to charities through the Gold and Silver bondholder scheme. The Silver Bond scheme was introduced five years ago and offers 1250 charities one place once every five years. A Silver Bond Package costs £300. To enquire/apply for a silver bond, I’d advise calling the Virgin London Marathon on 0207 9020 200.
