Hi - can anyone help - the text describing my charity is on visible on the homepage - despite being there when I set it up...Am I missing something?

Hi Amelia

There are two places where a charity descritpion can be entered.

The first is the charity desription and is shown on fundraising pages, and within the search results. There's a guide on how to update this here http://virg.co/jIopN

The second is the charity homepage, this can be longer than the main description and is shown on your charity page. Details on how to update the charity page can be seen here http://virg.co/3oDGN

I am having this problem too.
I have just got the VMG account active/live and decided to update the Home Page.
I've used the SAVE and PUBLLISH buttons, but only the title appears on our page.

Hi Julie

There are two places you can edit your charity description. One is on your Charity page, and the listing that appears in 'search' and on fundraiser pages.

The links in the post above show you how you can change these.

It can take a few minutes for the website to update once you've saved your changes.

If you're still having issues give our help desk team a call and they can talk you through making the changes.
