Hi,

I'm currently trying to register a 16-member team for an event later this year, and so far, out of the 7 who have registered, 3 have had technical problems. This has ranged from buttons not loading during to registration, to pages not being created after the registration process. I notice your developers have created a nice looking error page which I have seen several times over the last few days- perhaps their time would have been better spent safeguarding against those errors?

I'm pretty disappointed in the way the site works to be honest- I know it's a free service and you charge less than other sites which provide a similar service, but that's no excuse for the problems we've come across.

Hopefully these problems are because the site is new. However since nearly half of the people to sign up from my group have had problems, I don’t feel confident in trusting the site to handle our donations.

Our chosen charity would prefer us to use this site since you charge far less than others, but right now I feel very disappointed with what I have seen so far.

I have to say that my team is also facing the same issues, we cannot get all members signed up, canno tedit our team page ect ect ect .

I am worried that people who want to donate will be facing the same issues and will in the end not donate.

It is a pity....

I am generally not impressed!

I have been accepted for Marathon and been asked to use this as my fundraising website. I am trying to set up my web page and no matter what I put in about you box it says i am using invalid characters. I also can't save fundraising targets or photo.

I tried to call earlier was put on hold then i get cut off. I ring back to then be told are closed and officer hours close at 1730. I have now been rtying to get this to work for two hours and have not got any closer to sort things.

Will try again in morning but may ask my charity to use another site
