I set up a fundraising page to collect pledges for an event that I took part in recently - a charity rally to the Artic Circle in a £100 car.

I used the promote page email thingy to email all my contacts in my Hotmail address book. The response has been fanstastic - I've had sponsorship from people I haven't heard from for ages. Someone even donated £100 out of the blue. I've raised over £400 in just a few weeks!
