I am trying to make a regular monthly donation to a charty. Once i have signed in and entered my card details there is a box at the bottom which says 'Cardholder's email'. It won't allow me to type in here, the cursor remains as an arrow when i try to click and nothing comes up when i type; and so i can't go any further in my payment. Please help!

start again! dont log in to the virgin money giving page, if your are the person who set up the charity you will have to register under a drifferent name to be able to donate? very confusing had me baffled for weeks.
