Dear All,

It seems I have not been alone over the weekend with the endless fundraising page problems.

I have mailed the support team and will chase this by phone tomorrow; perhaps they could message us all? Failing that I will put up an update on any progress I make.

Hi Jason

Can you let us know what issues you're currently experiencing.

We're aware of a couple of issues relating to updating fundraising pages relating to changing the offline amount, or when using Google Chrome or Safari.

If you can let us know what issues you're encountering we'll make sure they're looked at

I am having problems with Picasa and uploading an album to the Virgin money giving site. I have created one album with 9 pictures with comments. Whilst the album 'appears' to have uploaded, only 6 pictures come up when slideshow is selected, yet all 9 picutres are shown on the front page?
This is my first time with Picasa so I may be doing something wrong, but it is not obvious to us here!

Thanks for the reply, have continued to try having reread the help page, to no avail. Have now taken your suggestion and emailed the link to the team.
