I am having trouble being added to a fund raising group. The first 10 members were added no problem, but myself and 2 others appear as being invited when looked at by the group administrator but we cannot 'join' the team. I have received no email to accept the invite. Is there a limit of 10 fundraisers on a team?

If you could email theteam@virginmoneygiving.com with the list of names you'd like on the team - as well as provide a link to your fundraising page in this email we'll take a look. Also, it may be worth checking spam folders to see if the invite is in there.
