I find it remarkable that when entering a donation option page, as a non registered user here, that the next page shows only cc details and no paypal option(which appears to only be accessible for registered users). Is this necessary for the UK rules or is someone just trying to accumulate marketing research information instead?

Also, I noted that there are no options to share a page when one considers a donation(that is when many consider including others with their donation energy).
