Hi Cathleen
I've asked our IT support team to take a look at this, as our Facebook application isn't picking up your page. I'll get back to you once they've taken a look.

I'm also having the same problem. Getting the message "We' sorry but we couldn't find any pages that match your search. Please go to Virgin Money Giving to find the page you're after." And I have tried multiple times and made no error in inputting the URL. Would be great if this can be fixed soon.

Hi Eric
The link you posted is for your charity page on Virgin Money Giving, our Facebook application is for use with fundraising pages.
The app works with all fundraising pages, you just the part of your page address after "http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/" if its a team page, you can either enter in your personal page address, or the team page address as "teams/[TEAM NAME]".
There have been a couple of instances we've been made aware of where page haven't connected to the app when entered, and our IT team have looked into these.
If you're having issues with a fundraising page post the URL of the page and we'll have a look.
