We would love to be able to highlight the current fundraising total of any particular fundraising page on our website. We think this will encourage people to donate more than simply putting a static Virgin Money Giving logo. Justgiving offer this and I'm wondering if it's something Virgin Money Giving would consider too?

Thanks for the fantastic service! Matt

Hi Matt

Thanks for your feedback. We're constantly working on new features for Virgin Money Giving and its really good to hear what our users would like to see next.

A tool to show the fundraising page total on another website such as a blog, homepage, or fundraising site is something that's been asked for be fundraisers already, and its on the list of enhancements for the website.

Thanks again for your feedback, and good luck with your fundraising.

I am having difficulty trying to get the donation widget to work on my site. Normally, I will expect that it will work on my site or I have to paste the html code into a special area, preview it, then run it so that it appears where my current cursor is. Unfortunately, this is not the case. What do I do?

Hi Ambrose

Can you post a link to your website where your trying to add the button and I'll take a look for you.

Also which button are you trying to add?

Are you using a content management tool like Wordpress or Joomla for example.

Let me know and I'll do what I can to help.

Hi,

Can someone please give me a link the where I can put this widget on my website - I can't find it. I've also tried looking for an api of donations for my my charity, but can't find one. I notice this was requested a long time ago, it's been mentioned as something that VMG thinks would be good, but I can't find it.

Is there page full of all the useful developer tools like that that I'm stupidly missing?!

Many thanks,

Ed
