Your friends in Italy can definitely donate your page. At Virgin Money Giving we can only accept donations in GBP. When they donate, any currency conversion will be dealt with by the bank that issues their credit/debit card. Some banks may charge a fee along with the currency conversion so they may want to check this first.

The thermometer on your page will increase to show your progress towards your target.

If you've been receiving donations, but the thermometer isn't filling up then your page might not have it's target set.

To set the target, sign into your Virgin Money Giving Page, pick the fundraising page you want to update by clicking 'Edit Page' and then 'Amend Fundraising Page'. You'll then be able to add your fundraising target.

If your charity has joined any organised events, and you have fundraisers taking part in them, you'll see their pages listed under 'Events' on your charity page.

You'll also find a report in your charity account that shows your current fundraisers.

If you need a hand our Help Desk team will be able to talk you through the reporting side if needed.

Sounds like you've created 3 separate pages. Any donations to your 'Team Page' or individual pages won't be combined..

If you're working together on your fundraising challenge I'd recommend sticking with the Team page, and closing your personal pages. If you've already recieved donations, you can reflect these as an Offline Total on the team page.

Also, if you're both on the team page, your personal page addresses will automatically redirect onto the team page.

Everything looks fine from here. We recently made some changes to our website to give it an updated look. You may been to refresh the page in your browser to make the red go away.

All you need to is press [CTRL] + [R] (or [CMD] + [R] on a mac to refresh, and the red background should go away.
