Worth Unlimited Kidderminster

Why we need your help

Our work is about getting people talking about mental health to reduce the stigma around mental health and educate people on where to go to access help and support. Ultimately we want to see suicide rates reduced and young people accessing the support that they require to enable them to avoid entering a mental health crisis.
Talk Out Loud
‘Talk Out Loud’ is a weekly pop up provision for young people and parents, with the aim to raise awareness of mental health, engage people in creative therapeutic activities to encourage people to talk, and to offer support, guidance and signposting to both parents and young people. We serve hot chocolate and cake/sweets, and run activities to engage people in conversation, as well as creative therapeutic activities. We signpost people to various services where needed, and offer a listening ear as well as helpful advice and guidance where appropriate.
Detached youth work
We are connecting and establishing relationships with local young people through detached youth work on the Comberton estate.
