Supporting Mental Health During COVID-19

Why we need your help

We're facing unprecedented times across the world right now. Now, more than EVER before, your money and your generosity can make a real difference to the lives of people who are struggling.

The uncertainty brought about by the spread of COVID-19 has seen a lot change for people across the UK. Job status has changed overnight. The availability of common place goods and items has decreased. Socialising is now ill-advised. All of this has an impact on our mental health - from increased anxiety levels, to increased social isolation and loneliness.

Now, more than any other time, the work we do is crucial in ensuring that people get support during these tough times. It is vital we ensure that people continue to be able to cope with mental health problems which they may have, and to ensure that they continue to have access to the support services which are crucial to them and their coping strategies. But we can't do this alone - and we need your help.

Today, you can make a difference. A little donation to our organisation will go a long way to support someone who may not be coping so well with the current situation. It will ensure that they get continued support throughout this difficult time, and that they can get through these unprecedented times.

Today, you can potentially save a life, by helping to fund our continued work, even during these most difficult and trying times.

We keep hearing how we will get through these trying times together - and never has that been truer. You can make a real difference. Please, help to fund our continued mental health services in Maidstone and across Kent.

You never know just how much of a positive impact your actions could have.

Thank you for your support and your generosity.
