Cumbrian Challenge 2015

Why we need your help

The Cumbrian Challenge was back by popular demand on Saturday 16 May 2015 for its third year.

A record number of teams of four competed against our inspirational wounded servicemen and women on our breath-taking ‘Tough’ or ’Tougher’ routes through the stunning peaks of the Lake District.

This year the event aimed to support a veteran back into long-term employment for every team taking part, with each team tasked with fundraising £1,000 and aim for £2,000.

They joined us in Grasmere on Friday 15 May – Sunday 17 May for a pre-race feed the night before, an unforgettable and testing event, and then a celebratory post-race feast and prize giving with the WWTW team.
