Tea & Talk

Tea & Talk

Why we need your help

Did you know having a natter and a giggle with friends is actually good for you?

1 in 4 people in the UK will have a mental health problem this year but spending time with others; listening, chatting and laughing is one of the best things you can do to maintain good mental health.  Now you have an excuse to chat about anything, the weather, your holiday or even last night’s EastEnders!

Talking about mental health is even better. Just talking about mental health reduces stigma around a tricky subject and could help someone near you open up if they’re having a tough time.

Holding a Tea & Talk is easy, a group of friends a good old natter, and some generous fundraising can make a real different to everyone mental health, including those close to you.

If you've held a Tea & Talk you can pay in your donations here, or if you just want to make a donation then that's great too!
